Policy Partners Project

PPP provides essential information for adult social care, Safeguarding Adult Boards and provider agency frontline staff and managers. Our Adult Policy Procedure and Practice Guidance (APPPs) contain a suite of template chapters, rooted in the Care Act and other national guidance.  These can be used immediately ‘off the peg’, or localised to meet specific customer needs.  We work closely with our customers, project managing the process from the beginning and providing tools to support the APPP Hub development. APPP chapters are supplemented with links to relevant legislation, national guidance, glossary terms and local teams and national organisations.

PPP has extensive experience of front line social work and senior management, and policy and procedure development for adult services and can therefore provide expert advice and ongoing recommendations for the development of a hub based on best practice in the field of adult care.
